CROSS-BORDER PAYMENT INFRASTRUCTURE

Control cross-border supplier payments from quote to reconciliation.

Causeway brings corridor pricing, payout screening, approval controls, payment routing and ledger reconciliation into one operating flow.

The Causeway management portal on its overview: the sidebar carrying the compliance, money, treasury and platform sections, the tenant and environment chips across the top, the command centre, and a readiness board reading three of four with the review queue still pending.
Causeway's confirmation step for approving a review, warning that approving may release a held movement or clear a compliance block, with the choice to cancel or approve.

A payout is priced before it moves and recorded when it does.

It is measured against your policy, held for a person when it crosses your threshold, and posted to a ledger you can recompute.

A quote names the rail, the rate and the moment the price expires.

Ask for a corridor and Causeway returns the rail that carries it, the rate with your spread applied, the fee, and the instant the price expires. A payment priced by an expired quote is refused.

Quotes and payments
The workspace documentation for asking for a quote, request beside response: a Ghana cedi amount priced to a stablecoin payout on the Base rail, with the source amount, the rate, the spread, the fee and the instant the price expires all returned.
02 · RISK DECISION

Every payout is measured against your policy before it moves.

The amount limit and the watchlist screen run on every payout. Velocity and review thresholds run at the levels you set, and each check is recorded with the status it returned.

Fees and limits
The tenant's own fees and limits, with the review threshold, the maximum payment and the velocity window and count standing as editable values, and beneath them the screening results, each row carrying its subject, the name or wallet screened, the answer it returned and when it ran.
03 · REVIEW

A payout over your threshold is held for a person to resolve.

The hold names the review that will release it, and no funds leave the account until someone resolves it. A review resolves once, approved or rejected, with the resolver's note attached.

Review queue
The review queue: five held items with the subject, the reason each was held, whether it is still open or already resolved, and live approve and reject controls on the two that remain open.
04 · SETTLEMENT

A release writes its debit, its fee and its reference as one posting.

Release the payout and the debit, the fee and the fee's matching credit commit together against one reference. An entry that would take an account below zero is refused, and each entry links to the one before it.

Ledger
The ledger for the operating account under its running balance of 1,789,500: the opening credit of 6,000,000, the payout debit of 4,200,000 and the fee debit of 10,500, each with the balance it left behind and all three carrying the same payout reference.
05 · RECONCILIATION

Every balance is recomputed from its own entries.

Reconciliation replays every entry into an expected balance and checks it against the balance on record. Your partner's settlement file is checked in both directions, and every disagreement is named.

Hash chain
The chain check reading intact across four checked entries with no issues, and beneath it every account with its recorded balance, the balance recomputed from its own entries, and the number of entries behind each.
Provider exceptions
The provider settlement report over the partner's file: an amount that disagrees, a status that disagrees, and a row Causeway holds that the partner never reported, each with its reference, its amount and what the disagreement means.
