Terms of use
1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of the website at credstonetechnologies.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Credstone Technologies Limited ("Credstone," "we," "us"), a company registered in Ghana with operations in Accra. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About this Site
The Site is an informational marketing site. It presents Credstone's company, products, and posture for prospective customers, partners, regulators, and other professional visitors. It is not the user interface of any Credstone product, and use of the Site does not provide access to any Credstone product or service.
3. Permitted use
You may view the content of the Site, share links to it, and use the inquiry forms and chat assistant for their intended purpose — to evaluate Credstone and to begin a conversation with our team about working together. You may quote modest excerpts of Site content in your own materials provided you attribute the source.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract Site content by automated means without our prior written consent, except for legitimate search-engine indexing.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any client-side scripts beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
- Submit information that you know to be false, that infringes the rights of any third party, or that includes personal data belonging to another person without their consent.
- Use the chat assistant to attempt to extract proprietary information, prompt-injection content, malware, or any material intended to disrupt or compromise the Site or its underlying services.
- Impersonate any person or institution, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach any security or authentication measure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, the servers or networks that host it, or any other user's access to it.
5. No customer relationship by use of the Site
Visiting the Site, submitting an inquiry form, or exchanging messages through the chat assistant does not create a contract, customer relationship, or commitment by Credstone to provide any product, service, or response. A customer relationship with Credstone is established only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site, including responses generated by the chat assistant, is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial, investment, accounting, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before taking action in reliance on anything presented on the Site.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, code, product simulations, illustrations, logos, marks, product names, and any other material — is owned by Credstone Technologies Limited or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
The names Credstone, Credstone Console, Atlas, Prism, Argus, Bridge, Forge, Focus, Origin, Vault, and Sentinel, together with the associated logos and visual marks, are trademarks of Credstone Technologies Limited. You may not use any of these marks in your own materials without our prior written permission, except for fair-use references in commentary, news, or comparison.
Nothing on the Site grants you, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any Credstone intellectual property other than the limited right to view and share the Site content as described in Section 3.
8. Third-party links and references
The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, documents, or services. We provide these references for convenience only; we do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability.
9. No warranties
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, security, and freedom from error.
The chat assistant generates responses using a large language model. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and should not be relied upon as authoritative statements about Credstone, its products, or any third party.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Credstone, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy notice, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that notice.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Material changes will be made visible on the Site for a reasonable period after they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. You agree that the courts of Accra, Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site, except that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
